 A Campers World Terms and Conditions


The following rules were established to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and maintenance, with a "Good Neighbor Policy" in mind. Since every contingency cannot be covered in a set of rules, from time to time, modification may be necessary. We reserve the right to modify these rules at any time upon notice to our guests. By booking a reservation, you confirm that you have read these Term and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them for the entire duration of your stay.


Your compliance is very much appreciated and will ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.


1. Recreational Vehicles.


a. Each site is limited to one (1) RV and one (1) vehicle. If there is room on your site, you may park an additional vehicle if it does not stick out beyond your site area. Management must approve a third vehicle, which shall be parked in a designated area.

b. The RV must be well maintained and in excellent overall condition.

c. Commercially made wheel covers are allowed. No storage is allowed under the RV, except as otherwise provided in these rules.


2. Personal Vehicles and Recreational Vehicles.


a. Vehicles must be well maintained (no oil leaks) and operate in a safe manner.

b. Speed limit in the park is 5 MPH (miles per hour).

c. No repairs or maintenance may be done in the park, except by park-approved mobile services. Inoperable or unlicensed vehicles are not permitted in the park.

d. Vehicles are to be parked only in the space intended. The common areas are not for parking.

e. Never park in an empty site or on the street.

f. Drive only on the roadways and never through an empty site.

g. All vehicular noise is to be kept to a minimum. Please be mindful of your neighbors when warming your diesel engines - they can be very loud.

h. Recreational use of motorized bikes (other than regular pedal bikes), motorcycles or ATVs within the park is not permitted.


3. Sites.


a. Our park staff work hard to keep sites clean and free of debris. Please help by avoiding clutter and eyesores such as boxes, tools, wood, empty flower pots, etc.

b. Only furniture and items intended for outside use are allowed and must be kept to a minimum.

c. The following are NOT allowed on sites (including under the RV):

i. No clothes lines or hanging of laundry.

ii. No appliances outside the RV.

iii. Open storage containers. (Plastic storage containers are permitted under your rig, if kept orderly).

iv. No concrete blocks to form or brace structures or awnings. Campfires are PROHIBITED at sites. Please use communal fire pits.

v. Gas or charcoal barbecues may be used for outdoor cooking on site. Please dispose of cooled ashes in a SEALED bag in a dumpster. During times of extreme fire danger, charcoal grills will not be allowed. Please confirm with the office prior to arrival.

vi. No walking through occupied sites or vacant sites.


4. Speed Limit.


The speed limit is 5 MPH on all park roads. The speed limit will be strictly enforced. Offenders may be asked to leave the property as we want all of our guests to be safe and comfortable.


5. Alcohol and Driving Under the Influence.


Alcohol consumption is allowed at your RV site or tent site only. Please consume alcohol in a responsible manner. For everybody's safety, driving under the influence is strictly prohibited within the park.


6. Noise.


All guests should be courteous to other guests, ensuring noise levels are acceptable even during the day. No loud music, radio's, TV's during Quiet Time (from 10:00 pm until 8:00 a.m. daily). No generators may be used while inside the resort.


7. Pets.


a. All pets must be declared when making a reservation and with the Camp Host upon arrival. Maximum of 2 pets per site. Pet rules will be issued, and compliance is mandatory. Remember- cats are pets too, and the rules apply to them. They are not to be let out to run loose.

b. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. No wild or exotic animals are allowed. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. The following breeds are NOT allowed in the park: Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, Pit Bull Mixes and Rottweilers.

c. Pets are not permitted on the pool deck or otherwise near the pool.

d. Pets must always be on a leash with the owner when outdoors. Pets cannot be tied outside and left unattended.

e. No pets are allowed at food functions or on the grass areas.

f. Guests must pick up after their pets. Please make sure pet waste bags are securely sealed and placed in the trash disposal areas.

g. Pets should not be left alone inside of an RV. From time to time, our area has power outages due to lightning or other circumstances unrelated to our Park's operations. Even though these events are infrequent, it could cause devastating consequences due to heat buildup if your pet is left alone inside


8. Visitors and Tenants.


a. Accepted tenants include the adult tenant(s) named in the rental contract, and their minor children.

b. Visitors are allowed during normal operating hours from 8:00 a.m. until Quiet Time begins.

c. Overnight visitors must register with the Camp Host and are subject to a visitor fee. Contact the office for the current visitor fee schedule.

d. Visitors, and all tenants under the age of 18, must be accompanied by a registered adult tenant AT ALL TIMES while not in the rental unit or on the lot site.

e. Please notify the Camp Host if you are expecting a guest prior to them arriving, so they will be allowed to enter the park.


9. Emergency and Safety.


a. If you need to call 911, and time allows, please call the office so the maintenance staff and the Camp Host can be prepared to escort the emergency personnel to your site.

b. If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, call (850) 997-3300, available 24 hours a day. (No soliciting is allowed.)

c. Emergency Contact Information forms are required from all monthly guests. This information remains private and used only when a situation arises when we need to contact someone in the event of an emergency or is sought by law enforcement agencies.


10. Cancellation and Refund Policy.


• Deposit: The full amount of your reservation stay will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.

• Cancellation Fee: A $3.50 cancellation fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds.

• Cancellation Deadline (RV & Tent Sites): A 48-hour notice is required. Please notify the campground by 4:00 PM (local time) two days prior to your scheduled arrival date to receive a deposit refund (minus the cancellation fee).

• Cancellation Method: All cancellations must be made by phone directly with the campground. Text and email notifications are not accepted.

• Forfeiture: Reservations canceled after the specified deadlines, or no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of all deposits.

• Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits for reservations made after the respective cancellation deadlines are non-refundable.

• Holidays & Special Events: Please note that holidays, special events, and high-demand periods may be subject to unique rates, deposit, and/or cancellation requirements. It's advisable to confirm these details with the campground when you book.


11.Miscellaneous.


a. All monthly guests must have a current contact number on file in the office.

b. Please note "NO SMOKING" areas. "NO SMOKING" areas include the Front Office, Pool, Laundry and Bathroom areas.

c. Observe all Pool Rules. NO unsupervised children under the age of 18 are allowed in the pool area. No horseplay. No smoking or alcohol allowed. NO glass is allowed in the pool area. *** NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. SWIMMING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK***


12. General Information.


a. Off-site office hours are from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

b. Quiet Time: Our quiet time is from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Please be courteous to the guests around you during all hours of day.

c. Occupancy limits: The maximum number of people allowed per RV site is 6. The maximum number of people per tent is 6, depending on which site you rent


13. Disclaimer:


Owners and/or management assume no responsibility for accidents or injuries to clientele and guests. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) without refund for detrimental conduct. Management reserves the right to add or change any rules at any given time. Management reserves the right to limit or deny any passes for visitors that are not registered and staying with the RV Owner or Site Renter.
